Hair Type 4 – Curly
Of all the hair types, curly hair tends to have the most volume. Despite having more "springs," curly strands aren't always defined and shrink more, in addition to being naturally drier.
Hair 4a
Type 4a hair is very similar to type 3c, and in many hair types, the two curvatures even blend together. However, this type of hair tends to be more opaque and a little more defined.
4b hair
Type 4b curls are very tight and defined, while also creating plenty of volume. This type of hair is fragile and dense and requires frequent hydration and nourishment.
4c hair
THE 4c curly hair It is the last one shown in the hair curvature table and, therefore, it is one of the finest and the one that suffers most from frizz and shrinkage factor. Because it has a dominant "z"-shaped structure, 4c hair may or may not have definition.
