Refund policy

The customer can only return new, unopened and sealed items (in condition for sale).


As these are cosmetic products for personal use, products that show violation of their seal and/or signs of use will not be accepted.

To this end, the customer must notify Beiral de Primavera Lda. within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, send an email to griffus@beiralbrands.com

After notifying Beiral de Primavera Lda, the customer must follow the instructions given and send to the address: Rua Pedro Hispano, 85 - 2D -Montijo - 2870-091 - Portugal.

In these cases, the shipping costs back to the seller will be borne by the customer. In the event of a complaint about articles with a possible defect or original malfunction, the customer's complaint will be answered by collecting the article to verify it.

After collecting and receiving the article by Beiral de Primavera Lda, verifying that it has an original defect in its operation, the exchange will be carried out with the shipment of a new product or the same repaired one, without collection and shipping costs to the client.
